IR 001

Who says there isn't anything to see in Canada? Clearly you haven't looked through infrared eyes for you to be able to say that. Jeffrey Klassen's photographs show Canada's breathtaking sceneries in a different light. Achieving this effect required him to use a Tiffen 87 filter and some manual white balance for the best effect possible. Those in Black and White came directly from the camera while those in color needed some post tweaking. If you want to own one of Klassen's images you can order it for in a variety of sizes that will start at 4x6 Matte print for $4.26 up to 16x24 for $24.00. Make some specs to wear with infrared filters. How cool would it be to see the world trough your eyes in full 3d in a whole other dimension?

 » Not possible

People have tried this before but it fails for multiple reasons.

1 Infrared light is INVISIBLE to the human eye, As in you can't see what the camera sees.

The only way to do it would to have CCD's that detected the light and then glasses that projected the image into your eye.

Also when wearing infrared glasses your eyes will dilate, and let in tons of harmfull radiation that will damage your eyes. SOOOO forget about it.

Any filters available to apply to images in Photoshop to get the same effect?
