The inventors of the Mini Tripod are banking on the idea that consumers are going to believe this.

The Mini Tripod looks promising, with or without the velcro strap and the vinyl feet (removing them meant I could see the basic structure of the mini tripod). It's a modified version of the UltraPod I, since its feet are relatively shorter and this weighs lighter.

This is being marketed as the tripod to have if you're a photographer constantly on the move. The Mini Tripod can be placed on almost any surface (take note:  ALMOST) like on the ground, on tree branches and on railings using the Velcro strap included in the package.

It's definitely smaller when you compare it to the other tripods available now. However, the price on this thing is around $15.
