For $39 you get the sub-VGA DMC300, an ultra-compact model and voice recorder with 6MB of internal memory and an SD card slot. It’s not only a cheap still camera it’s also a PC-cam.

For $99.95, you get the 5-megapixel DC5500 with a fixed focal length model with a 4X digital zoom, 1.5-inch LCD, PC-cam functionality and AVI video recording with sound.


If you really want to squander away your fortune try the DVC3500. The unit records VGA/30fps MPEG- video and 3.1-megapixel still images. It has a 2-inch LTPS color display, 6x digital zoom, 16MB of internal memory with an SD card slot, PC-cam functionality and a macro mode. But wait there’s more! It also plays MP3 files. It retails for about $199.
